Anyone having problems on pictures and information not downloading on the site today ☹️

I have had a problem with photos not being available for a coupleof days now. There are more available today than the last couple of days.

I was leaving it for a few days to see if they sorted it before contacting them.
You have backed up your site ? and downloaded a gedcom to your computer ? [regularly? ]
Although the photos will not be on a gedcom I think.

I have registered and logged in to my new page and added my family details. However, when I do a search for them nothing shows up? I've set the privacy settings to medium. Is this normal?

If you scroll to the bottom of the "privacy settings " page you will see that you can choose whether your site will be searchable by google, etc,.
