Jane McCallum Nisbet/Nesbit

Jane McCallum Nisbet was born in 1927 in Hamilton Scotland.
She emigrated in 1930 to Canada with her mother Isabella Toner & brother Henry Nisbet to join their father in nova scotia.
with help I found out about father John Nisbet, mother Isabella & son Henry but I have no information about Jane.
I would like to find out if possible what became of her.
any help/advice would be so good.

There is a burial for a Jean Nisbet 12 November 1930 Mount Royal Cemetery Quebec but no age given might be a possibility

Quite possible going by the name Jean as she was known by on the immigration list

thanks rosie, in my family tree I have found that most of my janes were known as jean. my own mum was jane but was always known as jean.
I have been trying to contact mount royal cemetery online but so far i just keep getting that the page is not available. i will keep trying.
could you please tell me if there are any census records for 1930 quebec. the family may show up on the census there before jean died.

Margaret just had another look this might not be your Jean as there was a Jean Nisbet death date 12 November on the Quebec Vital Church Records maiden name Livingston ... ???

I don't think the jean with the maiden name livingstone could be my jean as she was named as jane nisbet but thank you for the time you have taken to help me.

Jane (Jean) McCallum Nisbet is my husbands grandmother.
Jean was born September 29 1927 in Hamilton Lanarkshire. 
Jean moved to Toronto Ontario Canada and had a daughter on June 23 1948 (my husbands mother) that she placed for adoption in 1955.
Jean later married a MacKeigan and had two other children
She passed away Aug 6 2011 in Toronto Ontario.

We are currently looking for the name or any information on my mother-in-laws father. Hoping this information will be viewed by someone who may have some information. thank you!
