Joseph registered late so wrong birthdate given? William Bonnar 22 Oct.1883 Strabane district (mother Smith)

Thank you but seen this one - the father is 'William' not James and the mother 'Isabella' not Lizzie or Eliza. This William (senior), could of course be a brother of James but don't know.
