Can You Please Help to Decipher German Death Certificate

Hello, This is my 3rd attempt to upload my request to have the German death certificate deciphered.  The writing is 1913 German and is very elaborate.  I can decipher the simple words (e.g. verboten) but others are harder and I wonder if some Latin was used as well.

I know some German, but this is very hard to read. I can make out 'undersigned' in the first part and 'resident' of Hoppegarten, that is in Brandenburg
'Geboren', Born in Clonnel Ireland and something about County Clare. I can make out his age 59 years 11 months 24 days and the year ,but not the cause or the writing at the bottom, oh and his name of course John Hyland which you probably know. Also 'mittags um funf' at lunchtime around five something. I have used a magnifying glass but to no avail. Also a long word that seems to begin with schliff........ That means 'cut' but what the whole word is I do not know. Not very helpful but something I suppose.

Thank you, NooshieW!  He was born in Clonmel, Ireland (that is the largest town near his village) and I was hoping it would read "his wife Ann Hyland nee Clare."  Hopefully someone will solve this riddle for me!

It reads: "born in Clonnel in Ireland, husband of Annie, nee Clare". (Geboren zu Clonnel in Irland,  Ehemann der Annie, geborenen Clare.)

The parents of the deceased are unknown. (Eltern des Verstorbenen unbekannt).

He died in Hoppegarten in his own appartment (in seiner Wohnung)
in the afternoon, at three quarters past five o'clock (nachmittags um fünf drei viertel Uhr verstorben sei).
