i have looked at that probate  a number of times and it did not register as no will. Edith Maud Beck is the oldest child of Joseph Wilkinson and his first wife Margaret Jolly. My grandfather the oldest male  ran away at a young age . He was not in contact with his father or step again .  I think the Step passed in 1938 i am sure she would provide for her youngest
Thanks for the help
Terry

I ordered a copy of Donald Edward Wilkinson's mothers will . Rosetta signed the will 1935 and directs a portion to Donald . The young fellow was alive in 1935 ,unfortunatley it does not give an address
(She cut her sisters children out of her will ,I assume that's what step mothers are required to do ! )
Once the will has been dispersed  is there a record where it went or is it assumed things were done as requested ?
regards
