I have located a marriage for my ancestors : Thomas Harrison and  Prudence Roberts   
21 Oct 1766  Old Church,Saint Pancras,London,England
I did try many years' ago to locate the origin of Prudence: Where born? Kin? but to no avail- trying again: Children baptised at the same church

If Prudence Harrison who died in St Pancras in 1824 is yours then that gives a birth date of c1745

Somewhat surprisingly to me, the only record close online is a baptism in Feb 1748/9 at South Mimms to Benjamin & Sarah which is at least in the right county, if only just.

In the absence of anything else, might be worth exploring further? Plenty of siblings which might provide clues if you follow them through
