will 1993 ancestry

i have found a will of my relative for 1993 on ancestry what i would like to find out is on ancestry will it name every one listed in the will , what info will i find out on ancestry  my subscription just ran out on monday so im not sure if i should pay the money to join for another month just to see this will

You could apply for a copy of the will DIRECT   from HMCTS    (at York I believe)

but would ancestry have the same info as in all names mentioned

If you go here https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/#wills and type in the name you are interested in you will see the same info as will be on Ancestry. The actual will is not shown, you have to send for that, not sure of cost as I have not sent for 1 for a while. The gov website & Ancestry only show an index to the wills.

What you've found on Ancestry is probably an index not the actual Will (see Gadget's link).

If you still wish to use Ancestry check to see if your local library makes it available onsite.

From my understanding; Ancestry recently added more probate records to their collection. These records can be found online for free at https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/#wills as others have said.

A 1993 probate generally includes name, address, date of death, type of probate, date of probate, how much money the deceased had left (sometimes not exceeding) as well as the folio number.
With this information you can order the will for £10 on the probate site.
