Have a look at the image for the details to make sure it says Probate not adminstration.
Once you have confirmed there is a probate and a will continue with your purchase.
HMCTS no longer send wills in the post, in approx 5 working days they will send you an email which contains a pdf of the document. You then have 30 days to save that document to your computer before HMCTS delete your application from the system.
