This is probably David's (the son) death:

David Stanway born 19th March 1923
registered death June 1982 age 59 at Cleveland
Volume:   3  Page:   1982

also a probate record for him, died 24th June,1982, of 37 Fulbeck House, Netherfields Estate,Middlesbrough.

Free bmd has Alfred born 1927 as Alfred D, not Alfred T.

Hi Ann,

Some of the folk you have listed look like they are still alive, we do not allow the posting of living folk on RootsChat can you please confirm if this is the case.

Regards

Sarah

Hi, Sarah it was not intentional. I was led to believe that the folks were all deceased.  Ann

Are you trying to go forwards or backwards with them?

Do you know if they all stayed in this country?

There is a fairly obvious marriage for Alfred D, and then a son who is on facebook.

The son appears to have a George (and wife) amongst his contacts, so I think the information about all being deceased is incorrect.

If you are trying to go back, have you got David and Eva's marriage certificate for information about their fathers?

Really shocked, how do I retrieve the original post? I last saw George many years ago when I was a young girl.  Eva was my dads sister.
