The three children bapt in 1827 are listed in the order Bridget, William, then Jane. When I have seen lists like that it normally eldest first. The only other record for a Bridget is marriage in 1829 to William Arscott Waye. On 1851 census this a Bridget and William Arscott with a son called Lewis. Bridget was born about 1811 Okehampton.
So if William was born about 1769, married when he was in his early thirties, Bridget born abt 1811, William 1817 and Jane 1823, then they got them all baptised in a job lot in 1827, forgetting that William had been baptised previously. Sometimes a way of establishing a family in a parish in case they needed relief.
