Eight men and a dog for revamping and thoughts.
« on: Saturday 16 July 16 15:43 BST (UK) »
Hi there,

Have just discovered the attached picture in some family things we were sorting through. No idea of which side of the family so therefore have no idea who is in it! The picture is very small and poor quality (looks like the dog moved during the shot!) and we've no idea what they represent. I can think of all sorts of amusing captions for it though.

Cheers

Hi MasterMariner :)

It's an early gathering of the Bullingdon Club before they got their uniform sorted out ::) ;D

Had a go at this, but my CAPTION humour not on top form today - in fact ever  8) ..... May help some others to come up with something a bit more original for the fun...

The photo I tried to clean it up but it is poor quality, so cant do much with it on its own as you can see, hence the poster style for fun instead....

Apologies in advance for the fun poster aspect to you family photo...

It looks as if they have got their hats from the fancy dress box, not many are a good fit and they are wearing them at some funny angles.
I have made an attempt at restoring this for you

I wonder if they are part owners of the dog, he could be a whippet or other breed, bred for the 'sport' of 'hare coursing' which is now illegal.

Hi everybody,

We had thought along the lines of whippet racing, and I had also wondered if it was an audition for extras on Peaky Blinders! It's the hats that get me - they're like big crowned bowlers.

Anyway, thank you everyone for your work (which as usual has been superb) and the other inputs received.

Cheers
