Civilian war dead memorial Portsmouth

I wonder if anyone can help me? My uncle, Alfred Henry William Clark B.1900 D. 11.03.1941, was a civilian who died as a result of bombing his address (32 Garnier Street, Portsmouth). He is listed on CWGC. I have found this website
http://www.memorialsinportsmouth.co.uk/cemeteries/kingston-westside.htm
and am wondering why my uncles name isn't on the memorial. Any ideas?
Thank you for any assistance you can give!

Write to the City Council or to the British legion. And ask them

I see there is an email contact for Tim Backhouse where you can inform him of any omissions:

I see that the memorial was erected in November 2011 as a replacement for one that was vandalised, it could be possible that his name was missed off. As Imber says the best thing would be to contact that site - click on contact at the top as they ask if there are any omissions.

The site has a lengthy explanation of how they identified some of the missing names for the replacement plaque.
I also noticed that the inscription on both this memorial and the east-side memorial says :
"Erected to the memory of those men, women and children both known and unknown who died as a result of enemy bombing on this city and
whose last resting place is near this spot
."
(my emphasis)
Perhaps he was not buried there but somewhere else?

Thank you all very much for your input. I shall email the contact, as suggested. It would be lovely if my uncles name could be added to the actual monument, but I suspect this is unlikely to happen.
Again, many thanks!

I'm afraid Tim Backhouse died last year. His website is still available in memory of his hard work, but I'm not sure it is being maintained.
