This photo may have been taken at Gilsland Spa. I wondered if anyone was able to suggest a date for it.

I am afraid I am no good at dating photos, but I am bumping it up the page, to see if anybody can help.
There seems to be a lot of different fashions, especially the couple on the right. Also people seem to be posing, could this be an amateur dramatic society?

Yes  I think the bloke on the right does seem to be a bit of a character, maybe he is an actor. I have another photo of the same place which might help.

Assuming they're not dressed for a play and that the dress is of the period, I would say 1870's, possibly into the 1880's, but I'm sure Jim will correct me on this.
