Hi Trying to find details of my family the subject is my grandparents i believe they were married around 1929 any help in find out more details would be greatly appreciated

Their marriage is on ancestry:

Robert Johnstone, 23   Engineer of 22 Granville St., Salford    son of James Johnstone, Labourer
Evelyn Hughes, 22, Spinner, dau. of Peter Hughes, dec'd, machinist

Married 30/3/1929 St. Peters Church, Swinton.

Robert Johnstone and Evelyn Hughes

Evelyn Johnstone, b.22/8/1906, d.June 1984 Manchester.

Can't find a likely death for Robert in the area.

Thank you Annette if memory serves me right grand dad passed away in 1991 not 100% sure but i remember my son was only a baby  but thank you for your help xx
