Jane Martin is of St Agnes, William Allen isn't, he's a sojourner, so not settled in the parish. I think the second witness is Stephen Cocking. The first witness is as likely to be Jane's brother as her father, or could just be a relative who can sign his name.

I don't think you can 100% rely on the naming pattern. I have families who stick to it, or some stick to it for first few children and then do what they want.

Joan & Joanna are used  interchangeably, I think I've come across Joan & Jane being used for the same person, but that could be down to difficult to read writing.

Possible marriage for Catherine Allen in Redruth in 1802.
