Hi Amanda,
I can't help with graves but can confirm that both were indeed buried at St Marychurch. There is probably nothing in the burial register you don't already have:
William Eddles of Petilor (?) Road St Marychurch buried 1st July 1880 age 60
Rhoda Eddles of St Marychurch buried 7th April 1898 age 75
I assume that your death year for Rhoda of 1889 was a typo.

St Marychurch Memorial inscription were recorded in the 1970s, no guarantee that the stone still exists.
995.   In affectionate remembrance of / William EDDLES / who passed from life to life / 25th June 1880, aged 60 yrs / Also Rhoda his beloved wife / died April 4th 1898, aged 75 years

Looking at the plan done at the time, this grave was in the front part of the grave yard(facing Fore St). this part was largely cleared and the stones placed around the walls.
