G/F Butler - Another one, when anyone has the time...

Me again,

Not sure if this one is too far gone, but if anyone would like to improve this for me I really would appreciate it. My G/Gf is the one wearing the dark jacket on the left. I only have a few of pictures of him and they're all in a bad way...
