Looking for relatives of ELSA GERTRUDE KUHN

Hi my name is Vince and I live in Surrey, England.
My great grandfather married a Elsa Gertrude Kuhn on 18th September 1914.
They lived at 64 James road, Waverley NSW.
George deserted his wife around 22nd of September 1915 after joining the 10th reinf, 18 battalion.
He died on the 19th May 1918 at Amiens.

Could anyone help me learn more about Elsa and George or better still, find living relatives. Any information will be much appreciated.

and searching George LEAROYD  #4147   leads to PDF file which gives -
his age at arrival in Australia......30 years
calling...2nd mate merchant service
mother at 47 Burlington Crescent Goole Yorkshire.
employed at cement works at Portland  (this is near Lithgow, western of Sydney)
