I  hadn't expected to see such a veritable avalanche of (wonderful) contributions and the "lipstick" looks great..

They're all beautiful and now that they're all so clear, I've just found myself chuntering that he didn't straighten his tie   

As usual I'll print them all off to see what my printer makes of them.

Hello Handypandy,

Thank you very much -I appreciate you spending time for me. Your choice of tie colour reminded me that he used to borrow his dad's bright maroon tie - anything to stand out in a crowd  lol.  Coincidentally when I clicked to view your post one of my sons looked over my shoulder and said; "He's got my green eye colouring".   He's right, in that his dad from a distance had bright blue eye colouring which, of course, isn't obvious on a B&W photo.

I'll print it off with the others of course.
