Ok, So you know they came from Staffordshire.
By using this area, I have found them in the 1861 and 1871 Census.
Their father was David and the Mother was Caroline.

I think we have before been through the idea that thie Charlotte and Caroline on the
Star Queen are better suited in age to the daughters of Daniel and Caroline.
