Elaine, you have to give any attachment a unique filename.

Something like Santiero_1, Santeiro_2 etc should do the trick.

Particularly the context for the first and last of the right column would be useful.

I think the last of the right column might be remain.  Does that make sense?

I have reviewed suggestions based on your Snips as follows.  There are also corrections which I noticed in nearby text, noted in the sections below:

deceaser - yes
opens - yes
own liferent - yes
real - yes

...in the presence
of us who at her request...


...and I consent to the registration hereof in terms of the within
written clause...

And - yes
Doctor of Laws - yes

I also noticed this correction in Snip 1:

...real and personal above conveyed
with full power to me...
