Am sorry if this is the wrong forum, but at the moment am "seething"

I cancelled my subscription with Ancestry three months ago and assumed everything was fine found out on receipt of my Visa account they had still managed to get two months payment even after the cancellation.....imagine my anger

this morning when I received an statement from a Visa account that I only keep for emergencies !!! that they had managed to get another months payment i.e. 25 May 2016 to the 25 Jun 2016, this account had not been used for Ancestry payments since before 2006...what the hell goes on.....I have left my comments on their website but do not expect any reply... and doubt very much that I would receive a refund.
Am absolutely furious....
