The 1790 does not give names and details - its a numerical census

Timothy Silver - Heniker, Hillsborough, New Hampshire
Free White Persons - Males - Under 16:   5
Free White Persons - Males - 16 and over -    1
Free White Persons - Females -    2
Number of Household Members -    8

born 15 July 1730 - Amesbury, Essex, Massachusetts. died 10 MAY 1796 - Hopkinton, Merrimack, New Hampshire.
Judith Colby - 1732–1818 born 26 May 1732 - Amesbury, Essex, Massachusetts passed away 25 May 1818 - Hopkinton, Merrimack, New Hampshire. Marriage -  6 Nov 1750 -Amesbury,Essex,Massachusetts. A number of children listed.

It appears that Timothy, and two of his brothers, Abner and Daniel, moved to Ontario prior to 1800.  You might want to look there for further information.
