Husband Albert E Salt appears to be interred at  Fair View Cemetery  Middletown Monmouth County
New Jersey. Perhaps you could contact the cemetery and see if Elizabeth is also there

I am a relative of Joseph who originated this message 😊
Alexander Glass is the son of Rosina Kinnaird and Alexander Glass mentioned by Sandra. John Glass listed above who died in New Jersey was their son as well as James who died in Scotland.That is as far as we back as we can go so far. Any help appreciated.

So Joseph is the owner of the ancestry tree ?  You really need to know where in Ireland Alexander Glass born about 1820 came from in Ireland. ?  There are not a lot of irish records available in that time frame unfortunately.

No Im not the owner of the link you posted, I dont know where that came from or if the system generated it somehow. But I did start this discussion.

The Glass family, came from Bushmills in the north of ireland, we have traced back a few generations to Rose/Rosina Kinnaird who seems to have come from ballymoney ireland, with her husband, Alexander Glass from Bushmills.

We don't know where Alexander came from in Ireland.
From what we see Rose Kinnaird was a bit older than Alexander... Maybe she was married previously?

More children by the time of 1901 census when the family is in Kilbirnie, but all born in Ireland as were both Alexander & Mary.

If Alexander died in Scotland, then his parents' names would be shown on the death entry (if known to the informant of course).  The entry would be viewable on ScotlandsPeople for a small fee.
