Absolutely, Jan. I was amazed to have found someone connected and am 'made up' that it's in their possession now. Still not sure how it ended up on a dusty shelf in a secondhand book shop in Liverpool. I've always assumed the obvious: house clearance after a death and no relative knew of the book or spotted it's family significance and I guess I'll never know now but no matter. At least it's been saved  ;D

Thanks all 8)
Mike.

Hey there, I'm so sorry I didn't catch any of this info in time apparently. I'm Kat Cannon Coons. This Bible is definately about my family, most of which I'm still piecing together. My dad was George ROBERT Cannon. I knew from him that at least part of his family was from England. I also knew that they were, along with a Roberts' family (mine as well) a part of the House of Lord Henry Cavendish. I'm really sad not to have the opportunity to receive this Bible but, really hoping it has landed in the Cannon line somehow & really hoping that the records will be printed & released to our line. Just wanted to thank you for your efforts!
