hi im looking for some information for the above? . She was married in England to a James Mcintyre in 1871 and her birth would be around 1851. Her fathers name is Timothy. Was wondering if there are any records for her baptism. She was married in a Roman Catholic church in Gateshead so im assuming that was her denomination

What is the basis for her hailing from County Down (which I'm assuming, since you've posted in County Down)?

As much as Gleeson is massive in counties Tipperary and Limerick and well represented in others like Offaly, Laois, Clare and Cork, it is very uncommon in County Down, in fact, uncommon in the top half of the island of Ireland and especially so in what is now Northern Ireland. If you search for the surname here you'll see what I mean, likewise if you search for it in the 1901 or 1911 census:
