Maria Coggins. born Bicester.

I am looking for help in find out about a Maria Coggins who was born circa 1851 at Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Who were here parents? Siblings etc?

I do know she married James Davis in Kidderminster in 1874. I also have only the 1881 census.

There is a Maria Coggins, age 21, living in Wolverley on the 1871 census?

Problem is that her birthplace is down as Bucks (Buckinghamshire)
RG10/3032/88/26

Wolverley is a parish within the Kidderminster Registration District.

That must be her as the 1881 is in Wolverley (my birthplace). I wonder why Bucks? It is next door though.
Do you have anymore details of the 1871 please?                    enots

She is a lodger.

I think you need the marriage cert to confirm father's name
There are trees on A******y which give Maria Coggins as daughter of Thomas Coggins and Ann/e Jarvis
one tree names family as Cogging alias Robins

It seems Thomas married as Robbins (2 b's)

have been through all census sheets for Souldern in 1861 -cannot find Thomas Anne or maria -but this looks like Hannah!!
