The year search isn't working on this register you need to scroll through to the year you want.

If John and Catherine were the youngest, the others and the marriage will be before 1841 and so may have missed the register as it starts 1840.
There doesn't appear to be anything earlier

RootsIreland also start 1840 for this parish.

The only hope would be if Honora came from a different parish (which has earlier records), they most likely married there.

I think there may also have been a Helen or Ellen Synnott born to Richard and Honora.  Do you see any by that name?  Many Thanks!  Irish Lynn

There is a Pennsylvania death certificate for Catherine O'Connor who died in Erie on 13 Dec 1921.  She was listed as the daughter of Richard and Nora Sennett.

There is an entry for her on the Erie Co. library's obituary index, in case that helps - http://www.erielibrary.org/obits/

Thank you!  Yes I saw that on Ancestry and saved it to my Family tree.  I do think this is the family.

How do I access the obituary via the link you sent?  Irish Lynn

Hi, Irish Lynn  childrenhere.  It’s been a few years since i put out questions on my husbands Sennett/Sinnott family from Tipperary.  Since 2016, i have gone on vacation in Ireland and we went thru Kilsheelan and the Waterford/Southern Tipperary area - Beautuful!  We did not find any Sennettsin the graveyards we went thru, but did see that there was a map from the Waterford area with Sinnott information in it - from the 1700s.  We also saw both Synnott and Sinnott on bars and Law firms in Dublin. I am now looking for more details on Honora Gorman who we are pretty sure was married to Richard Sinnott/Synnott and emigrated with her 5 children in 1852-1854.  They all ended up in Western Pennsylvania.  2 died along the way, but 3 lived to adults and had families. My husbands family all went to NorthEast, PA and Erie, PA.
Anymore information people might want to share would be very appreciated!  Thank You!
