« on: Tuesday 15 March 16 23:25 GMT (UK) »
Just discovered my great great grandparents were Irish born and settled in NE England . Assuming they married in Ireland but no idea where.  Thanks

Try for them here
http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/
And here
https://familysearch.org/search/collection/list/?page=1&countryId=1927084
Also if they were RC, Ancestry has these parish records free to search by name until the end of March

If you have a subscription to one of the two main subscription sites they have the National Library of Ireland's catholic church registers (for most, but not all, areas) searchable by name.
It's possible to look at the registers for free on the NLI's own site but they are not searchable by name so you would have to know what parish they lived in

oops! Sorry Sinann. I've just realised you included the NLI link. I should never post anything when I am still half asleep ;D
