Is it possible he was from Belfast weve a James Barr left here 1946/47 to go to England to work last known location was manchester

Barr is an extremely common name in Ulster & Scotland and if he was illegitimate (as marriage certificate seems to indicate) then he may not be easy to trace,
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
