It would be useful to have the ladies head that has a cross on her hat scanned at about 800dpi in isolation to the rest of the photo and compare it with photos of females from around the same time...Just a point to consider.

The picture looks Edwardian with them portable patio garden ladies flowery hats or post 1901
In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth

I think its a wedding group of guests only photo after the marriage as the bride would have chucked her bouquet and she is seen with her bouquet in church and she is last to arrive with the man who gives her away usually before any group photo's also this photo taken long after formal party or the booze started flowing. Bride and groom left with the cans rattling
