Death Certificate Look-up

I would appreciate if anyone can look up two death certificates/cause of death/media notice please:

Martin Browne, Brooklyn, New York, died 19 April 1872.  Born Clonfad 1820's.
Margaret Browne, New York, died May 1902 buried greenwood brooklyn NY.

You can search Greenwood cemetery's burial records here - http://www.green-wood.com/burial_search/  They don't appear to have anyone that fits Margaret's details, though.  The death index at www.italiangen.org doesn't have a Margaret Browne who died May, 1902 either.

This is the only May, 1902 record I could find that seemed a possible match had the last name spelled Brown - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2WX6-39L

There is a Martin Browne who was buried in Greenwood in May, 1872.  http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=109891134  This may be the death record that fits with that Martin - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2WJX-WNQ

Hi Shellyesq many thanks for the info.
The link to Margaret Brown isnt the right one, as she is aged 8.
The Margaret Browne Im looking for is the wife of Martin Browne.
She died 30 years after him, so Im guessing she would have been in her senior years. Iv been in touch with greenwood and she is buried with him.
I have the FS info on Martin, and the Greenwood listing.  Would there be a death register with details of what he died from, next of kin etc.

It's helpful to lead with the information you have already found, so people don't duplicate your efforts.

Some options for getting a death certificate would be to order it from the New York City municipal archives - http://www.nyc.gov/html/records/html/archives/genealogy.shtml - or getting the microfilm to a Family History Center near you.  The catalog is here - https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/199051?availability=Family%20History%20Library  The earlier vital records don't typically have a lot of detail, so you may not find much more than is on the Family Search entry.

As Margaret does not seem to be showing up anywhere with that death date, perhaps she died outside of New York City.
