Have you tried searching the Manor Park Cemetery records on Deceasedonline.com at all?  I've relatives who died in Bethnal Green and Haggerston around the same time who were buried there, albeit they weren't catholic.

City of London cemetery and crematorium in Aldersbrook Road, Manor park,London E12. (Not Manor Park cemetery) have a catholic section.I contacted them some years ago regarding my grandfather who died in 1918 and lived near Hackney.
