The Royal Signals cap badge changed to that design in 1946. The tunic and hat are of the late 40's early 50's pattern. The King's Crown badge was replaced by the Q/C in 1955 although k/c badges would have been in use for some years after.
The WRAC was formed in 1949 with the cap badge introduced that year. You can estimate a date the photo between 1949-55.
