Date for the Motor Bike please

So, Paris 1932, why did he have a British bike with French no plate?

We may never know but it is intriguing.

Good evening,

Given that the plate is Paris 1932 I have revised the ID of the bike. It's a W32-7, 500cc twin port OHV. Not actually greatly different from the W33, this is it from the other side.

My husband says its a 1937/38 ,he knows a lot about them and has two old ones!
