Astley Bridge Cemetery Burial. BERRY
« on: Sunday 21 February 16 21:36 GMT (UK) »
Hi All,

Just wondering if there is anyone who lives near to Astley Bridge Cemetery who could pop in and take a photo of a headstone for me if there is one.

Grave details are: Plot No 3.E.52.
Persons Interred are:
Nellie BERRY Died 1945
James BERRY Died 1957

I know two persons are in the grave, but not sure if there may be other family members, as James married again after Nellie's death.

Thanking You in advance.

Tom.

Have you confirmed with the cemetery office there is actually a headstone on the plot?

Thanks for your reply Dawnsh.

I haven't unfortunately.  Didn't know how, Thanks for the link.

It's just that I live in North Manchester, so it's a bit of a trek over to Astley Bridge.

I just thought someone may live local, and with having the plot number, it would be easy to find.  Having said that, I don't know how large the cemetery is, it could be Huuuuuge!!  :o

Thanks again,

Tom.

I would hate for someone to make a special trip only to find there isn't a headstone.

Let us know how you get on.
