Hi, I know what it's like!
when I went on window 10 I copied everything to a separate drive, mine pc kept updating and wiping off all my stuff.
Try this.....
on the bottom left where the window box is with 4 windows inside....
click on it and look down the boxes and find ....
THIS PC
click into it. on the left is the list of files and places.
look into each one of the list until you find what you are looking for.
I couldn't find any saved docs. from web sites until I came across this and woweee there they were.
