Help with Certificate

I think the names are Joseph Williamson and Isabella Williamson not Williams.
Will have another look at the maiden name in a mo.

Thanks for your input so far. I'm steering away from A in the maiden name, as the "A's" in other examples of the hand writing, are easily identified. I'm not familiar with Swedish/Finnish names, but when I google names, Ostblom comes up a lot. The third letter does not look like a T in particular, but there could be spelling errors.

I do think her name is most probably Östblom. There is also a variation Österblom.
I have checked all the parishes that look like Orecy etc but no luck.
