Could i ask for help restoring picture of Granddad and my uncles Gerard & Arthur

Attached is a photo  of my  Granddad and my uncles Gerard and Arthur Chalkley  all sadly passed away a while ago.
I would like to have  it restored if possible so I can give my mum a copy

I've had a go at you photo. I've improved it but I'm sure that someone can do a better job of it.
