The commander of the Harmony was definitely a Richard Butler (per advertisements in the Public Ledger and Daily Advertiser, London, various dates in February/March 1825)

I always found these advertisements from Public Ledger last week on FindMyPast too.
I'm now trying to prove that there is only one captain for all these ships. The name seems similar and he used to go in the same area (Cape Town, Knysna, Algoa Bay), but in the same time Butler is a very common name.

It's difficult, because, online, I can't read all the newspapers I would like (Cape Town Gazette & African Advertiser, South African Commercial Advertiser...) and I'm living too far from Libraries where I could find them.

Fortunetaly, I find some help from each side of the world with volunteers, here and in others places. So thank you for all! :)
