An article on Trove shows the Sydney agent for the Briton being A B Smith
http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/37125499
And an advert in the Carlisle Journal 27 Jan 1844 has the name of William Smith & Co Liverpool as agent for freight & passage, also Edward Jobling at the Steam Navigation Office.

ADDED: Is it Messrs Smith & Co?

Can you post a capital 'S' in the same hand [say from Sarah]? Is there another capital 'M' or 'W' as well?

Thanks for all the help so far. These are the four pages of their immigration records.

I think a few of the things written on the page where the children are listed, have been added later by a different person. As the T in John Thomas is different to that of Thomas.

On another page in their records there is a notation beside son Thomas 'under age - Claim withdrawn'.

It something like - + wife of .... & Co. claim further child???
