My ancestor was Antonio Panarazio Stachini, he was also a Stucco Figurine Maker.. If you want access to my family tree just let me know. The tree goes back to about 1720 in Valdena, Parma, Italy.

I've only just come across this thread. I have been researching the Ostacchini for many years now and most of the trees on Ancestry are copies of my work. I do have some gaps to fill one of which is Daniele's descendants. As he produced daughters who went on to marry local men with common family names I've had difficulties researcing them. I have met with a descendant on the Davison line who is also researching and have provided them with a copy of my research but received nothing in return. I've had a quick scan through this thread and there appears to be some additional data for me. All the Stachini in the UK descend from Pangrazio & mine from their younger brother Antonio. I'd love to receive any data that you all have on Daniele's descendants

Meant to add that Pangrazio came over first in the early 1840s. After finding work in London he returned to Valdena and brought his brother Daniele back with him as show in the shipping record mentioned

My GGGF was a lamplighter on his last census.  It may have been a job done by elderly, semi-retired men before old age pensions were introduced.
