I have had a sub to ancestry for some years, but just recently have not been able to view other peoples media pictures - just get a blank grey screen with a couple of green rectangles, with no explanation or reminder that I need to update anything, though I suspect this may be the problem
. Please can anyone help - I have just renewed my subscription. I have not asked ancestry yet as I hoped one of you could help me in a way I can understand
