Thank you. I shall have to weigh up spending money on one of those forces records sites to see if I can discover any more.

Do NOT waste your money on any so-called forces records sites. They do not have copies of service records for anyone who served post-1920. Those can only be gotten from the MoD.

That's a bit naughty of them! Right then, marriage certificate it will be, if I ever have any spare cash. Most of it seems to be filling the vets coffers at the moment!

Have you asked the owner of the photograph if they have a copy of the certificate?
