US Atlantic Ports Seaman Protection Certificate
« on: Saturday 05 December 15 06:52 GMT (UK) »
Hello All

I was wondering if there was someone that could assist with

1)
What data is recorded on "US Atlantic Ports Seaman Protection Certificate"

2)
Is there any free online search facility to search the above records. Aside from the site that starts with the letter A

3)
I sort of gather they were used from late 1700's till 1870 or there about, is that correct.

Thanks in advance

Cheers
Greg
