hudl 2 not scrolling

Hi, I updated my Hudl 2 and now it wont scroll properly.  Can anyone help please I'm not very good with things like this.

Not sure about the Hudl, but when I had problems with my Kindle I solved it by logging off completely and restarting it.

Not sure how to log off. I have shut it down and restarted it but it's still the same.

Wonder if this would help - if you have been having a problem with parts of your touchscreen not responding, there is an update available that will fix this issue.

Thank you for the link. I've just had a look and it seems I don't have a reset touch screen button. I have a cast screen button, would that be the same thing?

Thank you to Groom and Sandra for your replies. I found a free phone helpline and the problem was g**gle chrome which I had to reinstall. It now works perfectly. Hope this helps anyone else who may have the same problem.
