His son Thomas got Ardleigh Wick as it was phrased in the will.
Samuel got Brick House Farm Ardleigh
William got Hobbs in the Fenn Farm plus the bakehouse and lands in Dedham. (occupied by Thomas Wallis, sister Phebe's husband)
Sons Daniel and James each got one thousand pounds each to be paid by Thomas because he got the house lands and farm of Ardleigh Wick
Samuel was to pay Hannah four hundred pounds because he got Brickhouse Farm.
Hannah and Phebe both were to be paid three hundred pounds each out of his estate (Thomas the father)

St Mary the Virgin Parish Records Ardleigh
Baptized 10 August 1806 Hannah Cooper Fearis, daughter of Philip Fearis and Hannah nee Cooper.

Odd - baptised twice??. Baptised 4th May 1792 at Ardleigh, Hannah (aged 2 years) daughter of Philip and Hannah Fearis

added
There is a burial of Hannah daughter of Philip Fearis 5 Oct 1802, so there were two Hannahs. The OP thought she was born abt 1791 but that was the one who died in 1802. The Hannah who survived and married William James would be born after 1802, which fits better with her age on censuses.
