Since you are in Australia you are probably not familiar with the locations you've mentioned in your posts.
Andrew was born in coleraine in 1823 also Charlotte (Bond)some place and year marry in 1844 in coleraine
The town of Coleraine is in County Londonderry but not far from the Co. Antrim border. Belfast is roughly 50 miles east. However, when people moved away from Ireland and were asked where they had come from it was common to give the name of the nearest town. So, Andrew, and probably Charlotte, could have come from somewhere outside Coleraine itself.
Unfortunately, civil registration of marriages didn't start until 1845 (non-Catholic marriages which include Registry Office ones- from 1864 for Catholic marriages).
Dougherty (including variants such as Doherty, Dogherty) is a very common surname in the area but Bond would be less common. In order to find details of the family here you'll need a location and their religion to see if any church records exist.
Do Australian certificates (Charlotte's death certificate for example) give any further clues?
