Researching the men on my town war memorial in Bucks i find that Robert Hoyle was stationed there with the Northumberland Fusiliers for training in spring 1915. In July he married a local girl & was killed 29 Sept 1916. Robert Hoyle was from Rotherham, the son of Samuel Hoyle and Theodosia Lewis. She bore him 11 children but they never married. On the censuses she is listed as his married housekeeper but he a single man, 13 years her senior.
My main question is - on what WM is he commemorated? I have looked at rollofhonour.com but cannot find him, though i think not all the WMs are listed.
Many thanks
