Carol was only pointing out a time frame which she did a quick search.
There can't be many Martin Martins so you just play about with the yrs until you get a likely one but it wouldn't be impossible for him to have died 1922 after his father.
The whole index for yrs Carol gave you would probably work out best as the index holds 25 entries for the same price as just 1.
